And conservatives wonder why we don't like or trust cops

The officer DOES have a history of racially influenced decisions and then decided to tread on thin ice by not showing adequite discretion (wether the MD was white or black or hispanic or asian or native american or albino). You reap the icy cold waters you walk over.

and exactly how could the cop have determined if this was one of the times he should "let someone go" when she committed a felony before he had a chance to check her story?

so you have no problem making shit up then, huh?

Immediately after the doctor's arrest, a relative of the woman in labor called the Pulaski police chief and urged him to get the doctor out of jail so she could deliver the baby.
the family called the station. where does any story say the cop had any interaction with anyone from the hospital?

again, find me that in a story. or are you making more shit up?

good. she should be. but we all know she won't be charged, because now it's a racial issue and not a traffic issue

Well, it is pretty evident you don't know what a fascist actually is, how utterly shocking?

You're right, there are some situations where cops have a good reason to let someone go. This was absolutely NOT one of those situations.

She should have just sat there and got her ticket like a civilized human being and still made it to the hospital in plenty of time. Instead she made the situation 100x worse for her and her patient by fleeing the scene.

And doctors are not above the law, especially when they're speeding to non life-and-death-dire-emergency situations. Like when the patient is ALREADY AT THE HOSPITAL.

i love how everything has to do with race, because she was a woman of color? no because she was the thousandth person to say, i was going to the hospital

She may have, as already said, we dont know. But to arrest someone after you FOLLOWED THEM TO THE HOSPITAL.

Once again, I dont think it was a racist move. But keep pulling at straws.

"Simply put, they did not weigh the actions of Doctor Wynn versus the immediate medical attention that was needed for her patient," Police Chief John Dickey told the Board of Mayor and Alderman.

Although I understand her situation you don't just drive away from an officer who has pulled you over.

Anyway, you all are wrong, I'm correct as per the result of the situation. Have a nice day.

PS
Next time you get pulled over on your way top a medical emergency make sure to take your time and be patient with the officer.

And all that matters is that the correct information was communicated to the officer (doctor on the way to the hospital in an emergency).
