I do understand what Urban is talking about though. A few merabers on here were complete noobs when it came to music but within 3 months they were world experts on British Post Punk or Avant Garde Rock. There is more to Music than just knowing a few facts and figures.

Though I love The Beatles a lot, I can't help but agree on this.

There're are too many kiRAB in the early teens who think they know everything about music because they own Beatles 1 and What The Story Morning Glory. (Beatles fans tend to be Oasis fans too, sadly.) By all means, enjoy that music, but there is so much more stuff to explore, made by many wonderful artists over the last 60 years, for one to stick to just one (or two) banRAB. They're really missing out.

E.L.O are a Pop band. I would never lump them in with 'soft rock' personally. The first album had elements of rock but they never tagged themselves as a rock band. Agreed about the first Fleetwood Mac album too. A great Blues Rock album.
