amp keeps blowing fuse?

i have a mtx thunder 2160 amp. recently it stopped working. at first it was what i thought just the amp overheating cause there was sound just no sound from the subs. Then it went to a high pitched noise every time i tried to turn the stereo on. i found a blown fuse so i tried to replace it but the fuse blew right away again... im at a lost any advice?
 
had a similar thing happen to my rockford amp, it was pretty much f***ed. so you maybe at a loss completly..
