America was so cool because of its freedom; will a socialist American culture be so

cool? Would badass Jimmy Hendrix love socialism the way he loved freedom?
Alex, why would you assume I dont know that? That is incredibly airheaded.
Freedom is largely economic. You cant do what you want when the govt takes half, and has half of the people employed doing what it wants.
Whiteflamer, you are intellectual trash. Socialism takes peoples money and tells them what to do. That isnt freedom. Don't lie with your Jew trash.

It would be as cool as the
Soviet Union's culture under Stalin was. I'm sure Hendrix would have just loved playing his music in the gulag (that is if he lived that long).

Well I call Republican Bush's Patriot Act taking our Constitutional right to privacy away among other rights - a Republican Neo Nazi form of controlling our lives .

Many are confused into thinking a socialist America will be cool--but they just don't know what they are wishing for. Utopia will never exist, and it certainly can never be forced. Human nature strives for freedom and innovation. Socialism crushes that.

Ralph Nader once said, "Capitalism will never fail because socialism will always be there to bail us out."
Methinks most Americans do not know the difference between communism and socialism. The corporate world has inundated the public about the horrors of both, always lumping one in with the other. With the current financial crisis caused by capitalism (freedom?) I believe it is time Americans wake up and start thinking and acting for yourselves.
