Its not like gays cant have their own system in place with the government. People begin to have a problem when they want to use the word "marriage"

Some people believe marriage is between a man and a woman, FOR A REASON. Its not based on hate.

I'de rather the government not get involved in marriage at all.

The actual studies in support of hereditary homosexuality are still abstract and frankly anecdotal.

Obviously gay people are going to take these studies and run with them with no merit because it gives them justification. To rule out the possibility of homosexuality being an onset cause from behavioral learnings is utterly ridiculous.
 
There was no system set up in the government that accepted gay marriage.

There are reasons why marriage has been defined to be the union of male and female. Its based on our roles in nature. It is not the same for homosexual couples. If I have the choice, it would be to keep it between male/female

For the most part, couples get married to start a family together. Some couples may not but I dont think you could make something like that illegal. Atleast they can adopt.
