Am i now home educated? (confusing things that have happened)?

I'm having a really hard time following you.

If you want to be homeschooled your parents will have to check with the laws of the state and abide by them.

Most likely they will have to send a letter of intent to the local school board to tell them they are homeschooling you.

As long as your parents comply with the state's homeschool laws, they have every right to homeschool you.

I know stupid question to ask and i should know if i'm at home and all and not at school that would mean i'm home educated but it's not like that yet i wrote to the education officer a few weeks ago and he hasn't gotten back yet i wrote the letter myself this time since he isn't allowing us to homeschool because i'm to young but my friend who is the same age is now homeschooling and she was at the same school apparently he agreed with them on the phone,but this is something me and my family have been trying for months now she gets it after a week and a half then again i'm now on this thing where i will get my maths and english through a teacher coming here i think but not there or maybe some place local but apart from them subjects i will be doing the others with my mum,and i will be helping out in some places that has what the school has now said but i don't know why he hasn't wrote back yet i know he will be busy but i just don't know am i or not?
yes i sound stupid but maybe i like being told untrue things or just hearing that name but i'm completly confused on whats happening with him since he said yes to someone the same age that doesn't get much socializing which i don't get much of either but i try to with going places,and building up my confidence?
 
Please go back and read the answers to your previous questions. You were given detailed info on who to contact by a homeschooler in your country. You are not too young to homeschool, and you do not need anyones permission. I would copy and paste the old answer here but you have your profile info hidden and I am not going to go track it down for you.
