Albums You're Digging II

1. You just left but I miss you already
2. When sunshine lacks, we turn our backs away from the glory days
3. Little japaneese footsteps in my garden
4. Silverette (Alan watts version)
5. Weak is the wilderness
6. Where borab pilots lay down to rest

This is the track list but for some rason track 1 and 3 are the same and it shouldn't be that way. Little japanese footsteps in my garden is missing. I should inform the artist so he can correct it.

I can feel it's going to be a genre I'm gonna still dislike, or be indifferent to. But I suppose it'd be nice to have a few Post-Rock albums that are an exception to the rule.
I find Sigur Ros to be terrible. Who'z wiv meh?

I download one album at a time and listen to it, sometimes 2 or 3 but I don't download more than that at a time. I get all confused about what's been listened to and what hasn't if I do. :(
You should give in and give it a listen, I've been listening to it most of the night.

Meh.
I started to listen to their album a while ago, I got bored.
One to revisit me thinks.

I just listened to Opeth on a whim after reading this post. I usually don't check stuff out that has metal any where near it, but I listened to a song called "Porcelain Heart" and I must say I was pleasantly surprised. What would be a good place to start checking their stuff out?

Sonic Youth - Murray Street

I've actually never listened to that much Sonic Youth (beside Daydream Nation, which is a personal favourite album) so I decided to check out more of their albums this weekend. Murray Street is definitely the one sticking out so far, great album. Awesome guitar, very consistent, and lots of interesting noise-ish stuff going on.

They never seem to get old to me... I do think they're getting quite a backlash against though... I guess that happens when you ride the crest of a wave for nearly a decade....

They are one of my top tier favorite banRAB so I still enjoy them no matter what... still kinda pissed that Billy isn't into making albums anymore... they were always more of an album kinda band IMO
