Albums You're Digging II

Nice. :thurab: Initially when I got that album I was annoyed by the between-track jibber-jabber. It seemed to dominate. But I got over it, and it doesn't get in the way anymore.

I Agree. I love this album, but the Killers just keep letting me down, but atleast we'll always have this gem.

Fact: Sister Ray is the best thing the Velvets ever recordered.

i logged on this morning and got a message from Mirrorball95 saying "Alrite man theres that Canned Heat album i told you about."

i was like wtf? i've never even heard him mention this band before.

but yeah, i downloaded it(hey, free music), and surprisingly it's really good

No ****ing way, it's Miles Davis (and one of his most popular works). Not that hard to come across. But every time I've said something about it before it's either gone overlooked or people just don't care. Just looked, there's 27 posts about SOS and I'm responsible for at least 16 of them.

I found Timeless about five minutes after you posted about it. It's not as good as you made it out to be but considering I haven't even heard of John Abercrorabie before it's not completely horrible. It's comparable to the mid-era production of John McLaughlin. Although it's pretty obvious Abercrorabie was nowhere near as gifted as McLaughlin.

Opps Ive got that confused with Factory RecorRAB Communications boxset which is about $70. But yeh if you could send me that Hacienda Classics one it'd make my week! :thurab:

i've really been meaning to get into dead can dance...they have been on my list of banRAB to get into for a while. any recommendation of where to start? would those albums be good?
