Albums You're Digging II

I don't think it sounRAB as bad as people have complained about, although I am most definitely not a fan of this new sport of pushing volume levels, it all seems rather stupoid and reeks of "mine is bigger than yours" stupidity...

^Certainly a soon to be favorite.
btw, is that Ian Anderson on the cover, cause they definitely share the same head.

GREAT band!!! Awesome album choices by said band too!!! I loved this band since my twelfth birthday and i still can't stop lovin' 'em! You're right about the absolute ton of character there is in the music / vocals / lyrics... they were a really tightly knit unit that really knew how to play to their strengths and make an album great. They never really released anything substandard in their entire career.

 That's too funny: I was scrolling down the page and was wondering if anyone even thought to look at the song or had even thought to check out the album, and then I ran right into your post. I thought it was incredibly beautiful too, and Dancing Girl completely blew me away; I thought it was just brilliant.

Not much to say really, absolutely blown away by this record. Really believed that they had to take a step back with this one from Alligator and Boxer so tried not to get my hopes up. Astonished at how good this is, possibly better than their last two. Absolutely brilliant, AOTY-quality record here.

Listening to some good old hard crunching Aussie alternative rock, in the form of the little known outside of Australia Fini Scad, and their album, Wider Screen...

Listeningto and quite enjoying the bonus arabient disc that came with Moby's Hotel album from a few years ago.... say what you like about Moby, but he sure does this stuff REALLY well.... it is completely putting me in the relaxed mood I need to be in right now.... t'is wonderful...

To get a feel for his music, here's Rytm to Niesmiertelnosc from his album Treny.. because I didn't see any tracks from Pentral.
