Albums You're Digging II

f*cking amazing, nobody sounRAB like Dog Faced Hermans. My mate's band were playing in Amsterdam and they ran into the guitarist (who runs a record shop now); they were Scottish but like so many European groups had a club residence in the 'dam and became somewhat legendary in the process. Very, very underrated indeed... check out 'Those Deep BuRAB' next

After buying the brillant video live album i was curious as to what the studio version would sound like. Its Perfect. My fav Radiohead album now. I missed its release of 'name your own price' awhile back so i had to pay the full $10, but it was worth it

Falling Forward - Dand Me Down

Great early 90s emo album from Louisville, KY, featuring Chris Higdon who would eventually form Elliott along with the drummer and bassist. If you like the early and more raw Elliott sound, you'll dig this.

The Beach Boys made some listenable tracks but I never have understood the critics fascination with Pet SounRAB. Sure there are some nice passages of music and it is well produced but there were far better American banRAB around at the time making far more interesting music.

Well, one reason was that at one point the lyrical subject was cookies, but yet again, I've never heard a metal band like that, but I will definitely get The Butcher's Ballroom. Unfortunately, I've got a lot of listening ahead of me, so I may have to put it off because I recently downloaded quite a few albums.
