It's been almost a month that I have been with Tmo, and I realized the plan I have is not best for me. I keep calling customer service to see if they could do the change for me, but I am constantly being put on hold for way too long. I know I'm able to change my rate plan on my.tmobile.com, so my question is will the change extend my 2-year contract? I'm sure if I call them and actually get to SPEAK to a human being, they'd be able to change my plan without any changes made to my contract, but since that hasn't been an option, is it safe for me to just go ahead and make the changes myself online without any contract repercussions?
Also- one more question, I know the $59.99 BlackBerry Minutes & Mail rate plan includes:
(1000 minutes)
(Unlimited data & email)
(Unlimited text messages)
And I know it DOESN'T include unlimited MMS picture messages, but is it possible to just email pictures? Instead of sending them via MMS?
As in attaching a photo and sending it to an email from my email address?
I was just wondering.
Thanks in advance for any responses
