Also when I ask to Turkish religious affair about the added substances to foods such as e471, e900 etc. whether they are halal or haram, they can't answer me. I think they need to do some study with food engineers.

Here in Turkey religious people just study religion not science. I find this wrong.
 
agreed. Religion and science, especially in Islam, don't have to be at odds.
In fact, in the beginning of the Ottoman empire which is known for its advances in science, muslims brought Europe out of the dark ages.

If they would get educated in both, that would be so cool and useful, especially since the qu'ran does state that all living things he first made from water and references the big bang (rosy like paint is the color scientists have observed of a stellar explosion)
