A2DP Overrated?

Hi all,
Well i can honestly say having had and used the HBH-DS970 with a SE M600 it did sound very good, but on the downside they headset only gives 3-4 hours of use. Before going flat and the charger connection was yet another new connection so no using SE chargers and no cigarette lighter charger either and it drains the phones battery really fast. Now whilst i thought the sound was very good now that i have sold that terrible phone and returned to my N93 the sound using the AD-46 adapter with a pair of Sony MDR-EX71SL's the sound is so much better in quality i would never go back. IMO it is a gimmick that sounds great in theory but yet again is not quite so good in reality.

I have a Dash and it does support A2DP. I've been using the HT820 Motorola BT headphones with it and they sound awesome. Some of the best headphones I've had and wireless to boot. I use them when I work out and if I get a call, the music stops, the headphones act as a BT headset, when the call is over, the song picks up right where it left off automatically. I can also skip songs, and adjust the volume from the headphones. I love it!

Audio/Video Remote Control Profile

It's basically A2DP + a bit of information that lets you change volume, skip, reverse, as a remote would.
