lol, callback and speak to someone else. Pretty much everyone on that has switched to it on this thread (including myself) was an existing client.

By the way... anyone here has the a la cart 30?
Does it show up splitted in A la carte 8 and A la carte 22 before to access the panel
to change your channels? I find this weird!

Great news, looks like the TMN and Disney online feature is now available to Quebec customers on the new A LA CARTE platform.

Now if they could only fix the discrepencies in the available programming (Self Serve list vs. Shop Online list vs. programming brochure).

Baby steps...

Under the French Packages tab in the A La Carte 30 section there's a few extra channels to pick/choose from ie. HGTV, Food, Headline News that are not found under the Bilingual Packages tab in the A La Carte 30 (Bilingual) section.

Why would anyone agree to pay another $15 for 15 channel above 30?

Considering
15 = $15
20 = $19
30 = $22

What price should these be offered at if they existed?
45 = $ ??
60 = $ ??

IMHO I would estimate 45 channels should be around $29, not $37 (22+15). Bell should offer a 45 and a 60 channel

Looks like I found another problem with the new A LA CARTE & "TOP" platform.

When trying to access TMN or FAMILY (DISNEY) ONLINE programming, I get a message that says I am not on record as being a subscriber to TMN or FAMILY 1 THEME PACK.

Well, technically I do not have Family 1 theme pack but I do have BEST OF THE BEST package which includes Family & Disney channels.

I also have the reduced price TMN pack @ 11$.

Based on this, I should get the ONLINE programming access as well.

My first invoice on the new platform should be available tomorrow, and I just know I will have to call Bell TV for billing errors.

I guess I will take the opportunity to mention this ONLINE programming problem at the same time.

I don't know of any provider that allows you to only take the Basic + 1 channel (TSN).

At least you will save a few bucks compared to the old Bell Theme Pack platform which charged 10$ more for basic and 8$ for the Sports 1 pack.
You will also get 15 channels of your choosing with A LA CARTE 15 instead of 7 or 8 pre-packaged channels chosen by Bell in the Sports 1 pack.

Baby steps.

CNNi is not available in your traditional A LA CARTE choices.

It can be purchased with BNN (both channels together) for 3$.

Just picked up a brochure at the Bell store, it agrees with you price rundown and presents the pricing in a much different way than the website at the end of the link in post #1. Why does Bell always manipulate things to hide cost and try to fool their customers?
Another interesting point - the only way you can get speed tv is by getting the Top of the Top package - I wasn't able to find it in any of the other packages or in the a la carte grouping. I guess the gray market is the only way to go as Bell seems intent on eliminating Speedvision from their offerings, at least in Quebec. I wonder what Speedvision has done to p*** them off?

1 week later, still no WSBK even though I sign up to favourites $5. No one can figure it out. LOL Oh well, they gave me HBO free for now

Some providers like Shaw and Shaw Direct place TSN and Roger's SportsNet in the Basic package.

I'm starting to think that it might be worth to "move" across the river?

I think it applies to the 'a la carte" section, on top of the 15, 20 or 30 channels one has already selected . The "favourites" can only by picked as a package.
