50cent vs Jay-Z

Jay-Z has like 9 albums under his belt..

Reasonable Doubt was arguably a classic.. He has slumped in the recent years and not that good anymore to me.. but still better than most commercial rappers.. still makes some bangers here and there..

50 was nice before he got commercial.. he's okay now, it's better to have him than some fake rapper acting gangsta.
he's also not reputed as a nice lyricist like Jay-Z was...
he's just making music that sells.. i have no problems with that..

Jay-Z > 50

just to add..
i don't like neither of the two... although i have a moderate amount of respect for both seeing how far they came and how quick they blew up.

Jay-z's best albums were Reasonable doubt, in my lifetime vol. 1 and vol. 2.. and select songs..

The A-Team is 2 guys: Ransom and Hitchcock. Stack Bundles is another solo artist but they're all signed to Desert Storm RecorRAB (DJ Clue's label/crew).

They're all about the punchlines though so if that's not your thing, you might not like 'em. Some people look down upon the use of lots of punches... I love it.

"When I cross my target, I pull out the fours and spark it
Cuz I can serve these shells w/o sauce and garlic" - Ran

"And I keep an eight with a shank, so when I dump
You'll catch 50 in da club without Yayo and Banks" (SICK ass line) - Ran

"The chain blind you if you just glance
And the cross is fire, but it's not like the klu klux klan" - Hitch

"And I ain't gotta green thumb but bet I could plant niggas" - Stack

"...and I'ma let off at your funeral, like when a cop dies
cuz I'm known for having the best biscuit in the hood like Popeyes" - Hitch

Jay-Z is an amazing rapper in his reasonable doubt todays and still holRAB the skill to have an amazing flow.

50 was quite amazing in his pre get rich and die trying days (listen to his pre-2003 mixtapes), but now he puts out shit singles like window shopper.

with that said jay-z is far more talented than 50
