50cent vs Jay-Z

meh....

its true to a large extent that they cant create a hit... but what is a hit, 99% of the time? Music that appeals to FEMALES. Unless you have music that makes girls shake their ass, you will not have a hit. 50 is a perfect example. Before mid 2002, he was straight mixtape shit. street shit. Then he made in da club which is what set off his career.

its true that music is entertainment, but it doesnt have to be mindless entertainment.

I agree with you on one point... THe kiRAB who say that mainstream rap is not hip hop are pretty stupid. THey need to learn about the history of hiphop

[Jay-Z]
WHOOOOOOO!!!!!!
Turn my music high, high, high, high-er
Mo' fire, mo' problems, more Roc-a-wear attire
Mo' money, mo' murder now that M.O.P.'s hired
Mo' murder for the ROC empire, ya'll wont surface
Ya'll nervous knowin them guns on full service, ready to fire
One body, two body, three body, four
Young sittin on paper, I'm above the law
Young shittin on haters, I aint fuckin with ya'll
For my Brownsville neighbors, How About Some Hardcore?
And it just get worser, every time I write my signature in cursive
Just add another million to these verses
One million, two million, three million, four
And the money's really worthless, I'm pissing you off on purpose
My nephew's situated, and my mama's straight
So I'm ready for whatever drama should come our way
And you fuckers rappin to me, so your drama is fake
Ya'll niggas is noodles, I got more fetti to bake
Let's get it!

nice quality of lyrics .. !

No. The only line I know that he ever mentioned 50 in was: "I'm about a dollar, what the fuck is 50 cents?"

And that's off of "Some like it hot" off of "The life and times of S. Carter: Vol. 3"

Ahhh! You know the good stuff. Jadakiss is one of the best & is also the king of one liners, Mobb Deep's Havoc, the most underrated producer. and gangstarr! dj premier is my hero. Ghostface is the best outta Wu, but Rza is my favorite his lines on wu aint nothing to fuck with is classic. Without rza there wouldn't be a kanye. rza's cream > everything produced by kanye

I know that most white kiRAB that listen to rap are "wiggers", but not every since one is. I'm white and I listen to rap, but I also listen to all the other genres from Heavy Metal, to Oldies. I'm not saying that anybody was calling me a wigger, but just saying that there is no need to be calling anybody that listens to rap and is white a "wigger". Because not every white kid that listens to rap wears FUBU, driving down the street in his mommy or daddy's escalade yelling out, "Holla!".

I mean, if somebody likes country music, it doesn't necessarily mean that they're a "redneck hillbilly". Or that somebody that likes Techno or Trance is a "faggot". It's just something that you listen to, because you enjoy it.
