5 channel amp? 4 5x7's and 1 or 2 subs?

I've got a Kenwood KDC-MP438U head unit, 3 pairs of preamp outputs, 4 Infinity REF6822CF 5x7/6x8 Custom Fit speakers, and a new Kicker CVR10 sub, im looking to get another, and a 5 channel amp to go with it, the sub can handle 300w RMS the 5x7's need 60 each. the subs have dual voice coils so i can get any ohm needed for the amp
