300 rms hifonics on kicker amp?

no thats actually perfect, you always want to have the rms of the amp put out the same rms as the sub so thats good there shouldnt be a risk of blowing it at all.. if it has less that wont hurt the sub at all, just make sure you properly set your gain.
 
the amp would deliver 250 rms on the 300 rms subs, in a vented enclosure is this too much power for the hifonics, any risk of blowing them, amp has a subsonic filter on it to reduce higher frequencies
 
It is way better to slightly overpower your subs rather than underpower them at all. PERIOD. Clipping is what destroys subs (amp runs out of power and the waveform suddenly stops). Hope this helps you understand.
