Oh yeah, I forgot to mention it. I wonder if he wins...will Jack appear as Kenneth? :D

Yeah, I know. Last year, she and Steve Martin presented the writing awards, which fits. We'll just have to see this year. And I think Alec is also going to present one. We'll just have to see to know for sure, I guess.

Having too many to keep track of, like Tina. Though I wouldn't imagine that Charles Gibson would have too many awards to keep track of...

That was so funny!

Haha, so I sort of wanted Jack to wear his page uniform to the Emmys. Was that in the Amazon interview with Tina that they mentioned that? I thought it would have been funny.

I agree with what Carolyn said about the supporting actors, though! If one of our boys didn't win, I expected either Rainn Wilson or NPH to win. Jon Cryer came out of nowhere, and it was not one I was particularly happy about. Oh well. Nothing we can do about it.

Goodnight all! I'm definitely glad people stayed up to watch it. :) We had a good night!

LOL! Grizz is indeed very tall, but you don't realize it until he stands next to everyone else.

USA Today was the other one. But I don't care since that paper is famous for being sucky.

Tell me about it lol, otherwise I could go to bed.

And yeah, I am also a bit nervous for Tracy everytime he speaks in public. :D

22 nominations!!! :yay:  :woot: That's incredible! I'm so glad to see them get some of them. Some of the noms weren't a surprise (the comedy series, Tina's, and Alec's among them), but I'm soooo glad to see Jane, Jack, and Tracy get nominated for their performances. They definitely deserve that recognition, and I hope some of them win!

Also something to note: there are a couple categories where almost all of the nominees are from 30 Rock. :D In the "Writing for a Comedy Series" category, 4 out of 5 nominees are 30 Rock, and then in the "Guest Actor in a Comedy Series," 3 out of 5 are from 30 Rock. I love it. :)

Another fun something that I noticed going through the full list- "Kenneth the Web Page" was nominated for "Outstanding Special Class- Short-format Live-action Entertainment Programs"! I love Kenneth the Web Page, and I'd love to see Jack win for that as well as for Supporting Actor. :D

I'm so happy that Tina also got a nom for her Sarah Palin impression! She so deserved it because that was absolutely the highlight of SNL last year. It'll be funny to see her competing against Jennifer and Elaine, though.

Haha, I saw that! It belonged to Charles Gibson or something. Maybe there are random awards of Tina's floating around somewhere too.

Starts for me in an hour and a half. :( LOL This is going to be interesting for chatting, because I don't want to be spoiled!

Aww, Tina presented the first award for supporting actress in a comedy series with Jon Hamm. :)

Am I allowed to post who has won and who hasn't? There have been some categories that 30 Rock has been up for.

Hopefully not that suit again lol.
And yay for Tina presenting an Emmy. Even more screentime for her.

 I was just about to edit that in to my last message. I was like, OH! Thats why.

:lmao: someone just slapped Jack McBrayer in the face. And he slapped back,

ALEC WINS!!! :woot: :woot:

I was watching the season 2 commentary today and Tina mentioned that they have a Writer's Guild Award in the office that doesn't even belong to them.

I'm so happy for Jane, Tracey and Jack. After three years I kinda gave up hope that they would be nominated.

Awesome. Too bad Tina didn't win the actress award again. Her speech last year was priceless.
