I agree about Jane. She deserves an Emmy for 30 Rock. Period. As for Tina, well, she has 7 Emmys now. I think she will survive. :lol:

I'm sure Tina will win best guest actress and either Tracy or Jack will win in their category. 30 Rock will win best show. No sure about Alec and Tina though since they've already won last year. As for guest appearances: Alan Alda has to win IMO.

I wonder where Tina keeps all her Emmys. Bathroom? :D

Indeed it does. Wow, only lead actor and best comedy series left for 30 Rock. Of course, comedy series will be much later. Lead actor at the moment! Crossing my fingers for Alec!
 
It's not sad that this is the highlight of your week, Pia. It kind of is for me too. Then again, maybe that just makes us both sad.

Sandy! :wave: Good to see you again! Haha, they better get some Emmys! I don't know how they could get 22 nominations and not get any at all, though. They might not get some of the big ones, but I'm sure they'll get some. That would be quite awesome if they swept the big ones again, though. They did that last year at the Emmys and the SAG awards ("the big ones" being Comedy Series, Lead Actor, and Lead Actress. And, of course, this year they could get Supporting Actor and Supporting Actress as well!).
 
So 5 Emmys I see. well, as long as they are in the most important categories I´m happy:) So sad for Jane though, I think she deserved it. She´s hilarious Jenna. As for Tina, she has so many Emmys that she´ll be ok without one for acting this year, I think.lol

I agree! Jeff definitely deserves a nom for his music composition on the show. Haha, we might be the only ones saying that 30 Rock deserves more noms. :lol: It's a good thing we're all 30 Rock fans here. The people on the BSG board might hurt us if we said that in a general discussion thread on the TV forum.

So, as far as the Emmy nominations go, who do you think will actually win them? I mean, I hope that 30 Rock goes straight down the line and wins them all, but that's probably not likely. Thoughts?

I'm gonna have to watch the wins on YouTube. :sigh: I'm working, wish I wasn't but I don't have a whole lot of choice in terms of scheduling right now.

Anyways, I'll have my fingers crossed for the cast and TPTB. :D

Yes, that speech you posted was definitely my favorite Tina speech. :lmao: She's soooo hilarious! She always gives my favorite speeches of the night.
 
:sigh: I just looked at the Emmy results on Yahoo! They were pretty surprising. I'm bummed that I missed the show and ended up serving dumb Bears fans instead.

Anyways, I'm glad the show won the big one. :D And Alec. I'm bummed Jane didn't win. IMO, she really deserved it, and deserved to have her moment. Especially since I'm like the only person on the planet who doesn't really like Kristin Chenoweth. I was prepared for Tracy and Jack to lose to NPH. I like Jon Cryer actually, but not Two and a Half Men. So I wasn't happy to see that show get a win. And I'm happy for Toni Collette, but it would have been cool to see Tina win again. :)
 
It's sad, but this is the highlight of my week. :D I'm so glad our Fab Five all got nominations. :yay:
 
Agreed, Tina looks awesome. I think this is the third year in a row that she's worn black but the dress looks great on her.
