I have a brand new Kawasaki Ninja 250. Unfortunately, It has been sitting for quite a while and now won't run unless the choke is on. I have been contemplating just taking it back to the dealer but if it is something I can fix on my own I would rather do that. I have no prior experience with bikes and am actually looking to sell mine soon because of financial difficulties so I need to get it running perfectly. Any opinions/advice would be greatly appreciated.
