2009 digital conversion in indash car players with tv tuners?

If a tv is not going to be able to receiver any channels in 2009 due to the digital conversion thing then cd player /dvd/ tv tuner wont either is there anything to fix this with meaning anything to hook up to the in dash player where can i find it and how much does it cost?
