2008 KAWASAKI MOTORCYCLE PROBLEM.?

JUST TOOK MY BIKE OUT OF WINTER STORAGE AND IT SPUTTERS LIKE ITS RUNNING OUT OF GAS. I PUT STABILIZER IN IT FOR THE WINTER. IM NOT SURE WHAT IS WRONG IF SOMEONE COULD ENLIGHTEN ME THAT WOULD BE GREAT. ITS A BRAND NEW BIKE 2008. THE ONLY THING I COULD COME UP WITH IS CURBERATOR IS DIRTY. SPARK PLUGS NEED TO BE CHANGED. OR THE GAS I HAVE IS NO GOOD. THANKS FOR THE HELP.

First try draining the old gas out of the tank and carbs and put in fresh. Fuel stabilizers work by preventing the lighter fractions of the fuel from vaporizing away, leaving only the heavier fractions. The problem is, the fuel needs to vaporize to run right. If you put a bit too much stabilizer in the fuel, that might be the problem.
