2007 Kawasaki ZX6R?

Sorry, I forgot to write make, model, year. I read in Sports Rider, that if you connect two wires under the seat I can add 6HP to my bike, these guys were testing it, not actually Kawasaki makers. It's about ECU, by connecting those two wires you unlock the European mapping inside the ECU. Inserting a wire in a connector under the seat.
 
It seems to good to be true, maybe you could get that kinda 6hp gain with a power commander which hooks up to the ecu but 6hp is alot to ask for. Isn't emission requirements in Europe even harder to pass than in the US?
 
lemme let you in on a little secret paying 7-9 grand for ur zx6r that was one of kawasakis fastest production bikes. I would not mess with ur ecu that will end up taking a couple more grand out of your wallet. They do it because they have the money too but then again if you do by all means.
