2006 Kawasaki Ninja ex250?

I'm 16 I have a permit I'm getting my actuall license here in July I have a job..
My question is theirs a bike for sale 2006 Kawasaki Ninja ex250 for 2100$ I'm dying to get a bike and start learning asap! Can I buy it?? Should I?? What do I do..

I need serious answers!! Thanks
 
Though a 250cc Ninja would be a great starter bike, my answers is no. I've ridden Kawasaki and mostly Ninja's for 10 years now. If you are looking for a starter bike, go to Craigslist and find a piece of sh*t bike because you will drop it and hopefully not but mostly crash it. I spent $850 on my first bike and that was all I needed till I got better. Another plus to a POS starter bike is your insurance will be rock bottom. Hope I could help!
