2003 kawasaki kx85 and the clutch wont disengage?

when you pull the lever in and put it in gear it would not roll. it will turns over the motor. the clutch cable is good.i Disconnect it near the crankcase and and i moved that arm with a tool/manually and it still will not disengage.
my clutch plates look fine no damage that i can see HELP
 
More info needed.
When you moved the arm manually, did you feel the spring tension of the clutch?
It should have applied pressure after moving 1/8-1/4"
Perhaps the clutch plates are stuck together - take the clutch apart and check.
Did you just rebuild the clutch and put to many clutch plates in?
