2002 Kawasaki Ninja ZX9R, is the yellow and black wire the ground wire on

each front turn signal? I'm going to install front LED turn signals but there is only a blinking wire (green and orange) and a yellow and black wire (I think is ground) so how do I hook up the 2 wire LED's to be constantly on? If I hook up the Hot wire from the LEDs to the green and orange and the ground to the yellow and black, they will only flash when my blinker is on. I want them to be on constantly and also blink when I have my blinker on.
