ok well i want to turbocharge my 2001 kawasaki mojave 250cc. i am wandering where can i get this done and how much will it be?
i dont want a bigger machine, i want people to say danget, i just got beat by a 250

More than the Mojave is worth. If it's more power you want, it will be cheaper to buy a bigger machine.

It would be very difficult to find a turbo small enough (in air flow capacity) for a 250cc engine. And that would be the easiest part, everything after that (a lot) would be expensive, time consuming and difficult.

Aftermarket turbocharging is a very simple idea that is very difficult to make work well.
