have a 2000 Kawasaki Vulcan Classic VN15000. After riding for about 1/2 hour gas starts leaking from the right side air cleaner cover. The bike had been running great for ~600 miles since I cleaned the carb. There are after market cobra pipes,, which the carb has the kit installed.
For this problem I have replaced the needle and float per the local Kawasaki dealer, but did not resolve the problem.
After the bike stahls I have to open the throttle wide open to get it started again, but you can tell it was flooded.
