200 Watts to 2 Kicker CVR's?

You would certainly notice a difference. I have 2 10" CVR's in my work truck each with around 550watts, running off an amp that is putting out hair more than 1100 watts total and they pound. Been in that setup for about 2 yrs now with no issues. I would def. go with a better amp.

I have 2 12" Kicker CVR's in a enclosed box and each sub is only getting 190 watts each off of a Clarion apx401.2 bridged 400 watt amp. Each sub is rated at 400 watt RMS and 800 watt PEAK. I was wondering if it would make that big a difference if i bought a new amp to push an even 400 watts to each sub or if they would still hit the same?

I'm not sure if your saying that you have an 800 watt amp or a 400..

An 800 watt amp would be ideal, and I would definitely recommend it..

A 400 watt amp, however, is not worth it, You'd be better off just saving up for a higher powered amp.

The lowest power i've heard going to 2 12 inch CVR subs is 750 (375 each)

So if I were you, I'd get something with at least 750 watts, if not more..
