Neither! Those subs are 750 watts RMS. They can either be wired at 1 ohm or 4 ohms since they are the ohm DVC subs. Either find an amp that is 1 ohm stable such as this one. http://www.sonicelectronix.com/item_9552_Hifonics+TXi+1508D.html
Not that many amps are 1 ohm stable so that one will work. Not to bad of a brand either. I actually reccomend running it at 4 ohms with this amp http://www.sonicelectronix.com/item_12019_Alpine+MRP-M2000.html
That will match the RMS of the subs and it is one of the best brands out there.
