2 15 " L5 KICKERS HOW TO ?

just purchased 2 15 " L5 kickers 4ohm combined rms is 1500 watts i am wondering the following things
1) what kind of amp will power them (budget $200)
2) How many volts does the battery be in order to power them besides my car battery i want to buy a seperate battery for it
 
I have a RF P1000bd hooked up to those subs at the moment and it is more than enough for them.

rockford fosgate T-15001bd is the good one, but i dont think your budget will do, 12.5- 14.4 volts, but you already have it, a 2 parad capacitor will help to play, another battery will be an additional load to your alternator, so dont make it hard for it.. if you have the budget, replace your main battery by some high current one like powermaster, it would be better.
