my friend had 2 15" kicker comps and they were loud but he put 1 of them in a ported box and it was louder than the 2 in a sealed box and i was wondering would 2 CVR 15s in a ported box being pushed by a LANZAR VIBE266(2000 watt MAX) be alot louder than 2 comp 15s in a ported box being pushed by a Infinity Reference 1600a(600 watt RMS)
i have no doubt that they would be louder but would it be worth the difference in price?
(the only reason i chose the Infinity Reference 1600a amp is i already own it)
and any other ideas on a setup please let me know but i am on a pretty tight budget for right now
