2 12" jl w1 vs 2 12" kicker cvr running them both by this amp at 400 rms

ran by this amp at 4 ohms
the jl audio w1 are 300 rms and 600 peak but ama be running at 400 is that good??

overall as sound quality and heart thumping bass which would be best ama put them on an suv in a ported box.. i already got one jl w1 so was thinking of adding anothe to my setup or should i change it to 2 kicker cvr give me your opinion and is that absolute amp good ?? are they over rated ??
 
The only thing i see really bad about that amp is there is no bass controls you certainly will need them to adjust your bass.And yes the jls will be ok at 400.keep the gain to a minimum.
