If the contract written up by the seller is fraudulent, your fella has a case.
Be sure the identification the contract contains describes the bike and have a reputable independent source write up the disparity of engine size.
Suggest that if you win the case, you'll be back with your winnings to buy something there.
 
My boyfriend is still making payments on this bike that was priced at $6,000 and he's already paid 2,000 on it. The guy lied to him and told him it was a 900 when its only a 600 and I kelly blue booked the retail resale value and it was only $2,965. Can my boyfriend take him to court for lying to him or get him to reduce the ridiculous price or is he screwed for being so gullible and agreeing to pay 6,000 without knowing the truth. thanks.
there is no written contract.
