One big omission from the list in my opinion is the classic final line from Invasion Of The Body Snatchers..............

It was a stunning movie scene,and a much better line than
"La-dee-da, la-dee-da" (from Annie Hall). How the hell did that bunch of nonsense get in there? Probably because it was voted by the American Film Institute,and Woody Allen is one of their darlings.
And my favourite line from Reservoir Dogs will surely be on the list someday.......
"Are you going to bark all day little doggie,or are you going to bite?".
