09 Kawasaki Ninja 250 Price OTD?

Im looking to buy the new Ninja, the salesman said it would be $3500 without all the fees and Tax Tag Title. What should be the price I aim for considering I pay it all in cash straight up? Out the door price of $4000?

Unfortunately, we can't give you a total price since its varies from state to state, city to city, and dealership to dealership

Account for all of these:
1) Taxes
2) Registration Fees
3) Assembly Fees
4) Destination charges

These should all be listed on the white ticket for each vehicle.

If you come with CASH in hand, see if you can get all 4 omitted (You pay $3500 right now, OTD, in cash)
