Ofcourse your puupy whines puppies are not used to being along and he wants you to take him out so he can lay with you try lettign him sleep with you if you dont want him sleepign with you for the rest of his life dont do this.
DONT PUT RASH CREAM ON IT! Dogs and humans have very diffrent oils in their skin if you bath him to much ( more than every 3 months) his skin with be very dry and this can cause rashes you should not put any creams on it until you see a vet.
