pup whines at night in his cage?

my dog is 3 months old when i put him in his cage at night he whines a little and stops.then when i go in the room he starts again i try to sleep in the same room but he does not stop whining.And i wanted to buy earplugs to ignore him but sometimes he needs to eliminate.

Ofcourse your puupy whines puppies are not used to being along and he wants you to take him out so he can lay with you try lettign him sleep with you if you dont want him sleepign with you for the rest of his life dont do this.
