It sounds to me like the T-stat is sticking closed for awhile then opening. Just replace it, it is a cheap try. And check you coolant level.

The kick panel is by your left foot when seated in the car. But 99% of the time it is not the fuse, it will be a problem with the system like low on freon/leak Etc. Good Luck.

If it is only a few months there is no need to worry. What I do is run 92 octane always in my toys and they can then sit over summer/winter with no problems when you pull them out to play. (snowmobiles, dirt bikes,4-wheelers, Etc) Good Luck.

I would say so. They may have younger kids putting them together making very little an hour. But two bikes from the same store it has to be who is putting them together.
