I'm really impressed, and its fantastic your in no pain..but i cant really help with what you can do, as im still on meRAB and not walking properly (my nerves were damaged), my op was last noveraber. I would ask your doctor, and be cautious as your still healing. Wishing you all the best Andrea...

Hey again, went for the nerve conduction test today, last one was in january 10, he was shocked and said to make another app with surgeon asap, as the nerves in my left leg were actually getting worse and not responding to electric shocks etc (he is now on my xmas list as ive seen him 3 times...

blessings back...thanks i was on lyrica now on neurontin plus oxy etc and yes im desperate to get back to work etc, im post op 6 months and still shuffling thanks i will take it easy and just let my body heal.. its just so hard not to be "normal" thanks again

Thank you so much for your reply....I'm just so over everything and being on all the drugs for so long (and pain) I guess I'm about in that space that I will do anything to get well again.. I have spoken to another doc re ADR and he has said go for it. My surgeon is one of the best in Australia...

I had surgery last nov im on oxycontin and neurontin (for nerve damage) also endone im never pain free, its my lower back, knee and ankle, good luck

I feel the pain.....NEVER..say your ok... like kiRAB, it will come back and haunt you....you probably did it while you were alseep...get the really good heat patches, i use the brand Unten, lasts 12 hours (its the best brand) that helps.....all the best...

are you ok yet..... cause im still on heaps of meRAB had surgery last noveraber...still a cripple it is driving me mental i just want to be normal !!!! like be able to go out for longer than 2 hours, and in bed all the next day to recover !!!! it totally sucks...

hi, still the same only getting a bit better....QUESTION...do i go back to work limping and in pain..or do i listen to my body and wait till im sure...workcare is making noises about going back part time...but with the meRAB i cant drive anyway...i dont wont to go backwarRAB but im frustrated...
