    To Celebrate Obamas victory...

Oh, are somewhat political threads still against rules in here? I didn't want to post it in DIACF because its not really serious.

It's not all positive but he didn't notice anything horrible about the phone. Truth be told, it would probably have to burst into flames when you make a call to stop me from getting it at this point.

I paid close attention to that video, I actually saw the part over and over again when she was putting keyboard with her hands and I was like did she even make the keyboard sit properly, she did not even look down properly for alignment,no way to know for sure that the machine did everything...

    *OFFICIAL THREAD: Nokia N86 8MP

It does not seem as though many people are interested in the N86, there were way more people frothing at the bit for the N97 or even the 5800, seems like only a handful on here are even interested in this phone, what a shame!!! :disappoin I personally cannot wait for it to show up, would rather...

Hlorri thanks for the detailed response to my question. I believe the Pre and G1 do have some of these features (MMS, copy and paste, multi-tasking, microUSB, SIM card in the G1 and eventually in the Pre when the GSM version comes out, browsable file system). I'm not sure about some of the other...

    Cartoon Music: Straight, or Silly?

Personally, I'm not really a fan of typical "cartoon music". e.g., the wacky, 'squash-'n'-stretch' music with the corny musical stings and the like, unless the cartoon itself is in the old-school theatrical cartoon style where that type of music would be appropriate. My feeling is if the humor...

Does anyone remember "Littlest Pet Shop"

I remember Littlest Pet Shop because the local Fox network ran it every weekday at noontime. I actually have one of those animated Edith Ann specials on videotape, BTW.

I hate it when we go deep in a character (SPOILERS)

Bugs had different backstories in "What's Up Doc?" and "The Old Grey Hare", but I never took them seriously. Also, Candace did manage to build something great in "Best Lazy Day Ever", when she went crazy over the boys deciding not to something that day.

Details Revealed About Banned “Family Guy” Episode

Do you think the visuals may have something to do with the banning? We haven't seen those yet, they may have been what scared Fox.

    Characters voiced by Cartoonists

I dunno if you'd count this, but Spongebob creator Steve Hillenburg played Potty the parrot in the Patchy live action sketches during the first three seasons of Spongebob. Also, writer/storyboard artist and now creative director Paul Tibbitt played Doodlebob and Mama Krabs for the first three...

Are Saturday morning cartoons becoming a thing of the past?

Intresting stories. I'm 20 now and when I was young i had tons of after school activites as well and I seldom got to watch afternoon cartoons. On Saturday I would always wake up at 6AM to catch all the toons I could. Plus I didn't get cable until early 1999. I would've killed for the choices we...

Blog Talkback: Toons of the 2000s: Top 25 Animated Television Series Countdown #5-1

TMNT wasn't particularly well known. It aired on an obscure Saturday morning block most people never got, its CN run went quickly, and most of it was aimed at TMNT fans from the 80's and little kids.

    "9" Talkback (Spoilers)

I saw it. It's pretty cool. I like the dark dangerous atmosphere. Not to happy with the characters, they kind of lacked depth.
