Your SPC is corrupted. That is the problem. Wiping the handheld won't do anything for that. I am not sure what the solution is for that either. Don't use QPST on the older Blackberry's as it will corrupt the SPC. Also, the Blackberry is considered a smartphone so should go in that sub forum.
