need help with msl/spc code on bb 8703e

Need to get into nam menu but I have been locked out. was using ##000008, worked once but now gives me message "usage of programming code has exceded" and after a few attempts is resets and reboots device. Is there a way to get into that menu again with a differnt code? Tried to access via qpst but won't validate the code there either, tells me I have entered and invalid code. Also, this was a verizon phone, but ##000000 didn't work either. should I wipe phone with jl commander and then reload os? If anyone knows the best way to handle this or just any thougts at all please let me know.

Your SPC is corrupted. That is the problem. Wiping the handheld won't do anything for that. I am not sure what the solution is for that either.

Don't use QPST on the older Blackberry's as it will corrupt the SPC.

Also, the Blackberry is considered a smartphone so should go in that sub forum.
