When i stop the bike and hit the gas i get nothing and the bike almost stalls out. In low rpm's it runs at 100% to about 70% on and off. When im cruzing it seems to be ok but then when i stop...same thing, it almost stalls out when i start off. 2005 ZX 636

My bike recently started stuttering when i ride it like its losing power. When im riding it will go from full power to like half power and then kick back to full power. Its the worst when i first start going from a stopped position. Any suggestions would be awesome.

If not, how much is it to start a 2nd plan?

I turned on my wipers not knowing they were froze to my windsheild, one worked fine, the other will now not work. Do i need a new motor for the one not working or is there another way to fix? If i need a new, where can i find one? Thanks.
