ive talked to a guy about a 1982 custom deluxe chevy pickup. the motor runs very nice, it has 160,500 miles. little body rust, and new tires/brakes. he wants $500. this would be my first car and i dont want to make a bad decision on what i get. is it worth it???

do you absolutely need paddle tires to ride in the dunes on an 86 250r ATC? or does it just help with the performance?
