Anything that is not OEM will fail the Emissions Inspections....many people find out the hard - and expensive way - when they put on a bunch of junk that does nothing for the performance, then have to return the vehicle back to OEM specs when it fails the Inspection
This would be a "tough " sale, unless there is someone looking for that type of vehicle needing that much work....look at the Cslist site for similar vehicles....I would say that 500 is right and it will take a while to sell it
Plans are based either on the amount of minutes used per month, or on an unlimited amount of time and a flat fee per month....look online for the major carriers (AT&T, Verizon) etc for more info
Someone should have called the Police or whoever the local Law Enforcement is for that area. A report would have been made and if necessary, you would have been sent to a hospital. If this was in the last day or so and you have the other persons info, then go file a report....without any info...
"We" would need more info for a better answer, like the approximate area the shaking is coming from, mileage of the truck, etc....also, Tacomas were not made in 1970 :]
Thanks for the photos ( too many people ask a question and expect an answer from "us" using our crystal ball ) It is still difficult to see, though, in the photos as to what the problem is. My guesses are (1) the plug needs to go in on the other side; in other words, flip it to the right 1/2 way...
Maybe the knocking and ringing you hear is actually God telling you that the time for allowing Him into your heart is drawing to a close......please do not be offended, just take some quiet time alone and really think about it :]
There are too many variables for an answer here, including : where the vehicle is garaged at night, driven for business or pleasure, miles driven per year, etc, etc You can look online at some of the many insurance comparison ' sites for a quote

If I may suggest - before sinking lots of $$ into a 10 year old vehicle, get it checked diagnostically by a mechanic; that will tell you if a new motor or trans is needed before anything else; then if it is all OK, look around the good 'ol internet for all the goodies :]

If possible, take the vehicle to one of the many auto parts stores that will hook up their OBD reader to the vehicle - that way, you will know exactly what needs repair/replacement and can get the needed items right there
Look online at the Fram or Purolater websites - they should have the part number; you may have to special order it from your local parts store; again, call them or look online (you might want to get 2 or 3 while you are at it for the next few filter changes). Also, you can order from...
