I love the ending, it is great to have something different. The movie wasn't left half done, the public were just allowed to make up their own mind on how it should end and that isn't a bad thing. I don't think a sequel is being planned and I hope it doesn't have a sequel, that would ruin it.

On the subject of christmas, has anybody else seen this http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0085334/ I saw it on the bbc a few christmas ago, its an excellent film. If its on again this christmas try and watch it.

I completely agree. It completely ruins the original for me, knowing that they're actually aliens! And as yet, I haven't managed to bring my self to watch Highlander 3. How bad is it?

i took my 3 yr old to see this and although i enjoyed it more then he, he did enjoy it. he just about had the patience to watch it, although he wandered about 20 mins b4 the end... the bit that scared him was the seals. damn ive never seen a seal dipicted quite as scarily!!

Toronto's a very nice city. Great shopping, nice people, good theaters. Just stay away from the annoying street urchins. They're everywhere downtown.

I know, I know... sad as it is, I can't wait for Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire and Revenge of the Siths I am such a sucker for sequels. The Lord of the Rings trilogy was the highlight of my life!! Even though you already know what happens, it's oh so exciting to see how the film is going...

Vicky Cristina Barcelona ... a wonderful film :) (and horribly underrated :() Fantastic acting (an Oscar for Penelope Cruz), funny, beautiful people, beautiful scenery, a real joy!

I loved this film and have watched it so many times I've lost count, but I did feel that the ending was a bit of a let down. Without spoiling it for the OP who hasn't seen it, it felt too contrived for me. Still one of the all-time greats though.
