just go with Cingular its a lot easier... if you really just wanna try it out, then get a pay as you go plan. you can choose either 10 cents a minute, or $1 a day with free mobile to mobile. my gf has the latter, because i (all of her friends) are on Cingular. so she only pays like $1 a day...
