    Countdown - so much better these days!

    I only wacthed it to see what Richard Whiteley would say. He was a great laugh, made a dull quiz watchable. Its just plain dull now. I bet if you put a compilation of all the funny bits out these days it wouldn't last one minute. I know its not supposed to be funny but.....

    My doc didn't give me a thing either! I had pains that shot up to my neck if I bent over, and also that got worse if I breathed in deep. I would call the doc back and ask for him or her to prescribe you an anti-inflammatory pain med. Laying in a tub helps, damp heat, dry heat does not work as well.

    Pointless- New quiz show on BBC2 (merged)

    Prosperous Farm which was Jethro Tull's old place near Hungerford does fantastic cream. They always used to come to Newbury farmers' market, but I haven't been for a while. (Probably beneficial to my waistline :))
